Oxygenfit General Return Policy

The packing slip, found in your package, will contain detailed instructions for returning an item.

To ensure full product credit all products must be returned:

  • Within 30 Days of Purchase Date
  • In unused condition
  • In original boxes, whenever possible
  • With all paperwork, parts and accessories
  • There is a restocking fee of $9.99 applied towards your credit, unless there is a manufacturers warranty issue as stated in the Warranty Policy.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is fully processed, typically within 48 hours.

How can I find out when my order was shipped?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

When can I expect to receive my order in the United States?

Orders shipped within the United States generally arrive within 5-10 business days after your order is placed.

Military shipments

Oxygenfit will ship to any APO (army/airforce post office) or FPO (fleet/federal post office).

Does Oxygenfit ship Internationally?

Yes, we will be glad to ship your international orders. To place an international order, visit our contact page and send us an email with your information and/or call our customer service line @ 866 918 2826.

Shipping to Canada

Please visit Oxygenfit.ca or call our customer service line @ 866 918 2826 to place your order. Orders shipped to Canada generally arrive within 5-10 business days after your order is placed.

Does Oxygenfit answer questions pertaining to exercise?

Please see our fitness studio for exercise demonstration and proper form. Oxygenfit also recognizes and recommends the following fitness publications for further instruction: Oxygen, Shape, Fitnes rx for Women, Muscle and Fitness hers, Self, Heart and Soul, Prevention, Fit Pegnancy, and H2O. We do not, however, answer exercise questions either on line or through our customer service number. If you have not engaged in a fitness program previously, you should first consult a physician for any health concerns.

Is Oxygenfit part of Oxygen Magazine?

Oxygenfit is a private company and a Division of Fitness Industry Trends, Inc.

Is Oxygenfit coming out with new products?

Yes, Oxygenfit has a number of exciting products being developed for release in the future. Be sure and check back frequently to see whats new! Join the oxygenfit movement to remain updated on the release of new products.

Is Oxygenfit available in stores?

At this time Oxygenfit is not available in stores. We are currently offering our products exclusively through Oxygenfit.com, Oxygenfit.Ca, Bodybuilding.com, and through our customer service order number. 866 918 2826.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

Oxygenfit does not offer gift-wrapping at this time.
