I really like my fit stiks and was wondering if anyone had created any other workouts with it in addition to the ones on the DVD?
I love pancakes but not the traditional way. I top my pancakes with blueberries, strawberries and vanilla yogurt. They taste great and are much better for you than all of that butter and syrup. It is the only way my kids will eat them now too.
With 3 boys and a husband who was a national wrestler, my house is just one big wrestling/kung fu match. I think I need to invest in a padded room so that I can save at least one piece of furniture.
